Orlando Pirates coach Jose Riveiro was irritated at the use of the word “tough” in a few of the questions he faced ahead of leading the Buccaneers in a tricky Nedbank Cup semi-final tie against Chippa United in Gqeberha on Saturday.
The Buccaneers’ coach was asked how tough or easy it has been this season to manage Pirates in the final stretch of the league where they are chasing a CAF Champions League spot and the Nedbank Cup, in a repeat of what they achieved last season.
He was also asked how tough it has been managing the team’s squad in what has been a hectic week where Pirates played Royal AM in Pietermaritzburg on Sunday, faced Cape Town City in the Mother City on Wednesday, and travel to the Windy City to square off with the Chilli Boys on Saturday (kick-off is 15:00).
