Two of the three men arrested in connection with the murder of Rand Water executive Teboho Joala have serious medical conditions and need urgent medical care, the Lenasia Magistrate’s Court heard on Monday.

They were supposed to apply for bail but the matter could not proceed because documents were outstanding.
