A crash on the R518, near Mokopane, is feared to have claimed the lives of multiple passengers after a bus careened off a cliff on Thursday evening.
A spokesperson for the Department of Transport in Limpopo, Tidimalo Chuene, told News24 that emergency services were combing the scene at Mamatlakala Road, which was where the bus appeared to have gone down.
Chuene said officials were still establishing the facts at the scene, which was still active.
“We are waiting for a full report,” she said.
