A 32-year-old man has been released on bail in the Simon’s Town Magistrate’s Court after he was arrested for indecent exposure for allegedly “exposing himself in his car” twice outside a school in Fish Hoek, Cape Town, earlier this month.

News24 understands that the Mitchells Plain man’s bail conditions prevent him from approaching any schools in Fish Hoek.

The man was arrested on Friday, about a week after police issued an alert, which News24 has seen, to say that public indecency was “being committed outside public schools in the Fish Hoek policing area”.
