Reports coming out of Cape Town claim Stellenbosch FC’s Oswin Andries has died at the age of 21.
STELLENBOSCH FC’S OSWIN ANDRIES DIES
According to the popular Facebook page, Premier League updates SA, Andries was stabbed to death in Cape Town on Saturday.
“A young promising Psl Midfielder passed Away. Stellensborch midfielder [Oswin Andries] was allegedly stabbed to Death in Cape Town,” the page said.
“He once won a man of the match against Orlando pirates, you will remember him scoring a brace for Amajida🇿🇦. To his family, Friends & Fans we are sending our deepest condolences 🕊,” the report added.

Two of the tributes came from his teammate and club captain Deano Van Rooyen, as well as from his agent Grant Nieuwenhuys.
