An EFF councillor and member of the mayoral committee (MMC) in the West Rand District Municipality is in hot water for his “unbecoming” behaviour and allegedly using vulgar language at a recent council meeting.
Environmental management MMC Leroy Legabe was ejected from the council chamber at the instruction of EFF councillor and speaker Bethuel Munyai after Legabe insulted the mayor and other councillors, Munyai told News24.
Legabe now faces charges of disrupting the council.
