The South
African Weather Service has forecasted partly cloudy conditions
with warm temperatures and scattered to isolated thundershowers for most of the
country. 

Otherwise, it will be fine, and
temperatures will be hot in some regions. 

Impact-based warning

A Yellow Level 1 warning has
been issued for damaging waves resulting in difficulty in navigation at sea for
small vessels and personal watercraft between Cape Columbine and Cape Agulhas
from the afternoon.

Fire danger warning

Extremely high fire danger conditions are
expected over the City of Cape Town and Saldanha Bay Municipality in the
Western Cape and Khai-Ma Municipality in the Northern Cape.

Gauteng will be partly cloudy with
warm temperatures and isolated showers and thundershowers from the afternoon.

Hot temperatures are expected in
the extreme north.

The expected UVB sunburn index
is high.

Morning fog patches in places on
the Highveld are forecasted for Mpumalanga.

Otherwise, partly cloudy, and
warm conditions with isolated to scattered showers and thundershowers are
expected from the afternoon, except on the eastern Lowveld where it will be
hot.

Limpopo will be partly cloudy with
warm to hot conditions and isolated late afternoon showers and thundershowers,
except on the Lowveld and in the Limpopo Valley.

Fine and hot temperatures are
forecasted in the North West.

It will become partly cloudy
with isolated showers and thundershowers from the afternoon.

Fine and warm to hot
temperatures are expected in the Free State

It will become partly cloudy in
the afternoon with isolated showers and thundershowers but scattered in the
south and along the Lesotho border.

The Northern Cape will
be cloudy along the coast at first.

Otherwise, fine, and warm to hot
temperatures are forecasted.

Partly cloudy conditions are
expected over the central and eastern parts with isolated thundershowers.

It will be very hot in places in
the north.

The wind along the coast will be
a moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly.

Fine conditions are forecasted
in the extreme west of the Western Cape.

Otherwise, partly cloudy, and
cool to warm temperatures are expected.

It will be cloudy along the
south coast and adjacent interior with isolated to scattered showers, rain, and
isolated thundershowers in the extreme north-east.

Hot temperatures are expected in
places over the West Coast District.

The wind along the coast will be
a fresh to strong southerly to south-easterly becoming near gale to gale force
along the south-western coast from the afternoon.

The western half of the Eastern
Cape 
will be partly cloudy in the north at first.

Otherwise, cloudy, and cool to
warm conditions are forecasted with isolated showers and thundershowers, but
scattered showers and rain in the south.

The wind along the coast will be
a moderate south-westerly, becoming a moderate to fresh south-easterly during
the morning.

Cloudy and warm conditions with
scattered showers and thundershowers are expected for the eastern half of the
province.

The wind along the coast will be
a moderate to fresh south-westerly, becoming southerly in the afternoon, but
south-easterly in the south.

KwaZulu-Natal will have morning fog
patches in places over the interior.

Otherwise, partly cloudy, and
warm to hot temperatures are expected with isolated showers and thundershowers
but scattered in the west.

The wind along the coast will be
a moderate easterly to north-easterly, becoming moderate southerly to
south-easterly by late morning.
