Randburg
magistrate Abdul Khan has provisionally allowed a crucial video clip to be
admitted into evidence in the trial of eight members of deputy president Paul
Mashatile’s security detail.

“The
video is real evidence. It is relevant to the case. The court will allow
the video to be provisionally used in the matter,” he said.

The video
footage shows four occupants of a blue Volkswagen Polo being kicked.
