A question mark hangs over the existence of a motion of no confidence in Nelson Mandela Bay Gary van Niekerk.
This after the motion was up for discussion in council meetings since January this year but deferred several times, seemingly withdrawn last month and tabled again in a council meeting two days ago.
To remove Van Niekerk from the seat he has held for almost a year, a GOOD councillor in the metro, Lawrence Troon, first brought the motion forward in January.
