A doctor, an economist, communications specialists, councillors and a PhD holder from the University of Cambridge in the UK are some of the new faces that will represent the DA in Parliament and provincial legislatures.

On Monday, the DA released its candidates for the 2024 national and provincial elections after keeping them under wraps for more than four weeks.

Party leader John Steenhuisen said their candidates were united by a shared belief in the DA’s founding principles.
