Kaizer Chiefs’ interim coach Cavin Johnson diplomatically hit out at referees, biting his tongue so as not to come across as blaming the officials for the club’s woeful display, but still saying enough to show his displeasure.

Johnson joins a growing list of coaches who have questioned the standard of officiating in the country, but instead of just criticising, the beleaguered coach also called on SA football to try and come up with solutions for the crisis.
