Sharks midfield back and captain Lukhanyo Am says success in the Challenge Cup will more than make up for the difficulties they have encountered as a team this season.

The Sharks had a terrible start to the United Rugby Championship (URC) and couldn’t time their recovery fast enough to stay in the top eight race.

But what they failed to do in the URC, they were able to execute in the Challenge Cup on a match-week basis.
