The prosecutor in the case against Gqeberha businessman Arnold Terblanche was berated at length by the defence in the Eastern Cape High Court in Gqeberha on Friday.
Terblanche stands accused of orchestrating the murder of his estranged wife, Vicki Terblanche.
Vicki’s body was found in a shallow grave in Greenbushes, Nelson Mandela Bay, in October 2021.
