DStv Premiership: Four fixtures not to miss on Tuesday, 7 May 2024

The 2023/2024 DStv Premiership season is fast wrapping up with another four fixtures scheduled to be played on Tuesday, 7 May.

Mamelodi Sundowns, who have already been crowned league champions for a seventh consecutive season, won’t be in action.

But the battle for the remaining CAF spots, as well as MTN8 berths next season will very much be in focus, as will the fight to avoid relegation.

Kaizer Chiefs will take TS Galaxy to the New Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.

TS Galaxy may well include two former Glamour Boys in their line-up in Bernard Parker and Samir Nurkovic, both of whom will no doubt be eager to rub salt into Amakhosi’s wounds after another forgettable season.

Kaizer Chiefs are down in eighth place in the standings and currently hold the last MTN8 spot.

Meanwhile, TS Galaxy are flying high in fifth place.

In another match which jumps out as one not to miss, sixth-placed SuperSport United will look to build on their win last time out when they host fourth-ranked Sekhukhune United.

Both Cape Town sides will be in action as well.

Cape Town City FC welcome Swallows to the Mother City, while Cape Town Spurs are on the road against Royal AM.

All four matches kick off at 19:30.
